Dual ADC array — 14x12-bit plus 14x16-bit channels
The data converter subsystem pairs 14 channels of 12-bit ADC with another 14 channels of 16-bit ADC, plus three 12-bit DACs. That split lets a motor-drive design sample phase currents on the fast 12-bit converters (for overcurrent detection) while the 16-bit channels handle slower temperature or voltage reference measurements that need more resolution. The three DACs can generate analog setpoints or offset trim voltages without external components.
