200 MHz C28x core with 1 MB Flash — real-time control headroom
The TMS320F28377SPTPS: 32-bit single-core C28x MCU clocked at 200 MHz with 1 MB Flash and 82K x 16 RAM. Supports Functional Safety (FuSa). On the analog front, the device packs a dual ADC bank — 20 channels at 12-bit and 20 channels at 16-bit — plus three 12-bit DACs. This allows simultaneous high-resolution current sensing on two three-phase motor windings while a third ADC channel monitors the DC-link voltage, all without external muxing.
Connectivity and peripherals for industrial fieldbus
For precision PWM synchronization, an external clock source is still the usual choice.
Supply range 1.14 V to 3.47 V covers core and I/O rails.
