The 1 MB Flash (512K x 16) holds complex firmware stacks — a full motor-control library, safety runtime, and communication protocol stack fit without compression. The 102K x 16 RAM supports large data buffers for real-time logging or multi-axis interpolation tables. Both memories are on-chip; no external memory interface is needed for most designs, though the EBI/EMI peripheral is available if you need to expand.
Data converters — 24+12 ADCs and 3 DACs
The ADC subsystem gives 24 channels at 12-bit resolution and 12 channels at 16-bit resolution, all multiplexed onto the same core. That mix lets you assign high-resolution (16-bit) channels to current-sense feedback and the 12-bit channels to voltage or temperature monitoring, keeping the BOM lean. The three 12-bit DACs provide analog setpoints or reference outputs without an external DAC IC.
