Product details

C2000 C28x Piccolo MCU for real-time control

The 16-channel 12-bit ADC captures analog feedback from current shunts, resolver inputs, or thermistor chains without an external multiplexer.

The 100-HTQFP exposed-pad package (14x14 mm) helps pull heat out through the PCB ground plane — important when the PWM peripherals and ADC are running continuous duty cycles.

The 54 general-purpose I/O lines give flexibility for parallel sensor arrays or display interfaces. Brown-out detect and POR keep the core from running on a glitchy supply rail.

It is ROHS3 compliant.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between TMS320F28062 and TMS320F28066?

The TMS320F28066 is a higher-density sibling in the same C2000 C28x Piccolo family, typically offering more Flash and RAM. For exact memory and peripheral differences, compare the respective datasheet memory maps and feature tables.
