The TMS320F280270PTT: The 50 MHz C28x core runs sensorless FOC or PI current loops with deterministic interrupt latency. Program memory is 32 KB Flash (16K x 16) with 4K x 16 of SRAM.
The TMS320F280270PTT integrates a 12-bit ADC with 8 multiplexed channels, three 32-bit timers, and a PWM module with dead-band generation — the core blocks for a half-bridge or three-phase inverter.
