The Texas Instruments TM4C1299KCZADT3 is a Tiva™ C Series ARM Cortex-M4F with floating-point unit, clocked at 120 MHz. It carries 512 KB of Flash and 256 KB of RAM — enough headroom for a TCP/IP stack, a real-time control loop, and a modest data buffer without reaching for external memory. The 6 KB EEPROM stores calibration constants and MAC addresses without wearing the main Flash. Connectivity includes Ethernet MAC+PHY, CANbus, USB OTG, and EBI/EMI. The 140 GPIO pins, 24-channel 12-bit ADC, and motion-control PWM peripherals are on-chip.
