80 MHz Cortex-M4F — compute headroom for mixed-signal control
Program memory is 256 KB of Flash, backed by 32 KB SRAM and 2 KB EEPROM. The Flash holds a moderate-sized application stack plus a bootloader; the SRAM handles two or three ping-pong buffers for ADC data. The EEPROM stores calibration constants and fault logs without wearing the Flash.
120 I/O and connectivity — what the pin count buys you
With 120 I/O and a 168-ball TFBGA package, this part is built for dense board layouts. The connectivity block includes CAN, USB OTG, multiple SPI/I²C/UART, and a QEI for encoder feedback.
Industrial temperature range — where it runs
Supply range 1.08 V to 3.63 V.
On-board data converters and oscillators
The 24-channel 12-bit ADC covers simultaneous sampling of analog signals like current-sense resistors, thermistors, and potentiometer feedback. Brown-out detect and POR are integrated, so the supervisor IC can often be dropped from the BOM.
