It carries 64 KB of Flash program memory, 24K x 8 of SRAM, and 2K x 8 of EEPROM — enough for moderate firmware footprints and parameter storage without external memory.
The 80 MHz core with single-cycle multiply-accumulate and hardware divide handles a current-control loop and CAN message stack. The FPU maps math directly to FPU instructions.
Peripherals and on-chip resources
On-chip data converters include a 12-channel 12-bit ADC — enough for three-phase current sensing plus a few analog inputs. DMA moves data between peripherals and memory without CPU stalls, useful for USB bulk transfers or CAN message queuing.
