Tiva C TM4C1232H6PMI7R — 80 MHz Cortex-M4F with CAN and USB
It carries 256 KB of Flash program memory, 32K x 8 of SRAM, and a separate 2K x 8 EEPROM block for non-volatile parameter storage — enough for a moderate control application with a CAN or USB stack without external memory. The part integrates a 12-channel 12-bit ADC, a full-speed USB controller, CAN 2.0, multiple SPI/I²C/UART serial interfaces, and a DMA engine. Brown-out reset, power-on reset, and a watchdog timer are on-chip. The 49 GPIOs are brought out to a 64-pin LQFP package with a 10x10 mm body, surface-mount only.
The 80 MHz Cortex-M4F with FPU handles a PID loop with sensor filtering at several-kilohertz update rates.
