What this Tiva C MCU brings to the board
It carries 128 KB of Flash and 32K x 8 of SRAM, plus 2K x 8 of EEPROM. The 64-LQFP package (10x10 mm) is a common surface-mount footprint. With 49 I/O lines and connectivity including CAN, USB, I²C, SPI, and UART, this MCU fits into industrial control panels, motor drives, and HMI front-ends where a single chip handles both the control loop and the fieldbus interface. The internal oscillator and brown-out detect reduce external BOM count.
The 80 MHz core with FPU handles a PID loop with headroom for a Modbus stack and a 12-bit ADC conversion sequence.
