The -40°C to 125°C operating range covers under-hood and engine-bay ambient temperatures with margin — a sensor-conditioning stage that sees 105°C on a hot summer day still has 20°C of headroom before the part leaves its rated envelope.
3.5 MHz GBWP with 20 V/µs slew rate
The 3.5 MHz gain-bandwidth product paired with a 20 V/µs slew rate sets the signal bandwidth ceiling. For a closed-loop gain of 10, the small-signal bandwidth is about 350 kHz — enough for PWM-filter output conditioning, high-frequency sensor amplification, or audio-frequency anti-aliasing before an ADC. The slew rate means a 10 V peak-to-peak output step settles in roughly 500 ns, so the op-amp can follow fast edges without slewing into distortion. Rail-to-rail output with 60 mA drive per channel means the op-amp can swing within millivolts of the supply rails while sourcing or sinking enough current to drive a 12-bit SAR ADC input directly, or to charge the sampling capacitor in under one conversion cycle.
