300 mA fixed-output LDO for automotive power rails
The TLV73315PQDBVRQ1 is a single-output, fixed 1.5 V positive LDO regulator rated for 300 mA continuous output.
Dropout and quiescent current — what they mean for the rail
Maximum dropout is 0.4 V at the full 300 mA load. Quiescent current is 78 µA typical, low enough that the regulator's own draw does not dominate the system budget in always-on automotive modules like body controllers or sensor hubs.
Protection set and package fit
On-chip protection includes over-current, over-temperature, and undervoltage lockout — the regulator shuts down gracefully rather than letting the output rail sag into an indeterminate state. The Enable pin lets a system supervisor or GPIO pull the output high-Z during sleep, cutting the load current to near zero. Housed in a SOT-23-5 (SC-74A) package, it fits a standard 5-pin footprint with 0.95 mm pitch — a two-layer board can route the input, output, and ground traces without via congestion.
