The TLV704345DBVR is a fixed-output LDO regulator in the SOT-23-5 package (SC-74A, SOT-753). At 150 mA output the junction-to-ambient rise stays within the -40 to +125 °C operating range with standard board copper. Output is fixed at 3.45 V with ±2% typical accuracy. The dropout voltage is 1.1 V max at 100 mA load — the input rail must stay above 4.55 V to maintain regulation at that current. At lighter loads the dropout drops proportionally.
Quiescent current and PSRR for always-on rails
Quiescent current is 4.5 µA typical, max 5.5 µA across temperature. This makes the part suitable for battery-powered sensor nodes or microcontroller keep-alive rails where every microamp counts — the regulator's own draw is comparable to the sleep current of a low-power MCU. PSRR is 60 dB at 100 kHz — this is the rejection of switching-regulator ripple in that frequency band. For a buck converter switching at 1-2 MHz, the PSRR at those frequencies is lower (not specified here), so a post-filter LC stage may be needed if the noise floor must stay below 100 µV.
