2 A point-of-load buck with 1.5 MHz switching
The TLV62569APDRLT: With synchronous rectification built in, the external Schottky diode is eliminated — the internal low-side FET handles the catch function, improving efficiency especially at light loads. The adjustable output voltage can be set as low as 0.6 V, which covers modern low-voltage core rails for FPGAs, ASICs, and MCUs.
Temperature grade and package for dense boards
The output is adjustable via an external resistor divider; the internal reference is 0.6 V. The 1.5 MHz fixed switching frequency keeps the ripple current manageable even with a 2.2 µH inductor, and the part is stable with ceramic output capacitors, which saves board space and reduces BOM cost compared to electrolytic or tantalum caps.
