Signal-chain fit for a single-supply board
The TLV6003DBVR is a Texas Instruments general-purpose operational amplifier in a SOT-23-5 package — one circuit per chip, rail-to-rail output, and a gain-bandwidth product of 5.5 kHz. The 2.5 V/µs slew rate keeps the output edge intact for signals up to a few kilohertz.
