Automotive-grade shunt reference with tighter tolerance
It delivers a ±0.5% reference tolerance — tighter than the standard 1% grade — which matters when setting a precise 1.24 V threshold for a comparator or biasing a sensor bridge in an ECU. Output is adjustable from 1.24 V up to 6 V via two external resistors, with a maximum cathode current of 15 mA. The shunt topology means it sinks current through an external series resistor; the minimum cathode current of 100 µA must be maintained to keep the reference in regulation.
Thermal range and package fit
The SOT-23-5 package (SC-74A, SOT-753) is a standard surface-mount footprint — no surprises for the pick-and-place line.
