What this op-amp is built for
The 320 mA output current rating sets it apart from typical signal-chain op-amps — this part is designed to drive resistive or capacitive loads directly, not just feed an ADC input.
Output drive and thermal design
Compared to the TLV9351IDCKR (60 mA output), the TLV4110IDGNR delivers over 5× the current drive, making it the choice for headphone amplifiers, solenoid drivers, or VCO buffer stages where a separate buffer IC would otherwise be needed.
The 0.118-inch (3.00 mm) width MSOP footprint is compact enough for 2-layer boards, but the exposed pad forces a thermal land that may require a 4-layer stack if the ambient exceeds 85°C.
