Product details

The rail-to-rail output stage lets it swing within millivolts of either supply rail, which is useful when driving an ADC input or a single-supply load without a negative rail.

The input common-mode range extends to the negative rail but stops about 1 V below the positive rail — not a true rail-to-rail input, so watch for headroom on the non-inverting input when running at low gain. If your design lives in an air-conditioned lab, a telecom cabinet with active cooling, or a consumer appliance, this is fine. For an engine bay or outdoor enclosure, you need the industrial or automotive variant (the TLV2774IDR or similar).

Frequently asked questions

Is TLV2774CDR rail-to-rail?

The output is rail-to-rail, but the input common-mode range does not extend to the positive rail — it stops about 1 V below V+. For single-supply designs, plan headroom on the non-inverting input.

How much supply current does TLV2774CDR consume per channel?

Each channel draws 1 mA quiescent current, so the quad device consumes 4 mA total.
