Input bias current is 1 pA typical at 25°C, doubling every 10°C — at 125°C it stays below 100 pA, still negligible for a 10 kΩ sensor but worth budgeting for a 10 MΩ piezoelectric or pH probe front-end where the bias current times the source impedance becomes a dc error. Input offset voltage is 500 µV maximum, which sets the dc accuracy floor for the gain stage.
