80 mA output — when you can skip the buffer
Each channel can source or sink 80 mA. That is unusually muscular for a low-power op-amp drawing only 550 µA total for all four channels. It means you can drive a headphone jack, a small relay coil, or a long twisted-pair cable directly, without adding a discrete transistor buffer. The 1.3 nA input bias current keeps errors low when working with high-impedance sensors like pH probes or photodiodes.
Temperature range and environment
Rated for -40°C to 125°C, the TLV2464IDR is qualified for industrial environments — motor drives, outdoor telecom cabinets, engine-bay electronics, and factory-floor sensor interfaces. The 14-SOIC package is a standard footprint that reflows easily and matches existing PCB layouts for quad op-amps.
