Automotive-grade dual op-amp with rail-to-rail output
It delivers a 6.4 MHz gain-bandwidth product and a 1.6 V/µs slew rate, with rail-to-rail output swing that maximizes dynamic range in single-supply designs. Operating from a single supply of 2.7 V to 6 V, the part draws 550 µA per channel quiescent current — a deliberate balance between bandwidth and power budget for sensor-conditioning and actuator-drive loops in engine-control or body-electronics modules.
The 6.4 MHz gain-bandwidth product sets the usable closed-loop bandwidth at a given gain. At a gain of 10, the -3 dB point sits around 640 kHz — enough for filtering and amplifying PWM feedback signals or conditioning thermocouple and RTD outputs in an automotive ECU. The 1.6 V/µs slew rate supports output swings up to approximately 2.5 Vpp at 200 kHz without significant distortion, which covers the frequency content of most in-vehicle analog signals short of high-speed CAN or FlexRay transceivers.
