6.4 MHz GBW with 80 mA output drive
Gain-bandwidth product of 6.4 MHz and slew rate of 1.6 V/µs support signal conditioning up to several hundred kHz — sufficient for sensor amplification, filter stages, and actuator drive in automotive ECUs. The 80 mA output per channel is unusually high for a 550 µA supply-current part, allowing it to drive headphones, small relays, or LED indicators without a separate buffer stage. Input bias current is 1.3 nA typical and input offset voltage is 500 µV — adequate for many automotive sensor interfaces where precision below 1 mV is not required, but the 1.3 nA bias keeps errors low with high-impedance sources like piezo or pyroelectric sensors.
8-TSSOP package and footprint
Supplied in an 8-TSSOP package (4.40 mm width, 0.65 mm pitch) with surface-mount termination. The tube shipping medium is the factory packaging — the part is not available in tape-and-reel from the original manufacturer.
