Quad general-purpose op-amp with 45 V/µs slew rate
It delivers a 5.9 MHz gain-bandwidth product and a 45 V/µs slew rate, with rail-to-rail output swing.
45 V/µs slew rate — fast enough for high-speed signal chains
The 45 V/µs slew rate is the headline parameter here. It means the output can swing 10 V in about 220 ns, which is fast enough for pulse amplification, waveform generation, and high-speed data acquisition front ends. Slower quad op-amps in the same class (5 V/µs range) would limit the large-signal bandwidth, so this part is the pick when settling time matters.
This range covers avionics cold-soak, engine-bay heat, and satellite thermal cycling. The 16-SOIC package is surface-mount, so the board assembly must handle the wide delta — MSL level and reflow profile should be verified for this package.
Supply and output current budgeting
Supply current is 6.9 mA for all four channels combined, so each amplifier draws about 1.7 mA. That is moderate — not the lowest-power quad op-amp, but reasonable for a 44 V rail part.
It is ROHS3 compliant.
