45 V/µs slew rate — the dynamic edge in a general-purpose op-amp
Its headline rating is a 45 V/µs slew rate — roughly double what a typical 5 MHz GBW op-amp delivers — which means it can track fast signal edges without slew-induced distortion, useful in ADC drive stages, active filters, or waveform generation where settling time matters. The 5.9 MHz gain-bandwidth product supports closed-loop gains up to around 100 before the bandwidth drops below 60 kHz, a practical range for sensor conditioning and control loops.
Supply range and headroom — 4 V to 44 V
The TLE2141AID operates from a single supply as low as 4 V up to 44 V, or a dual supply of ±2 V to ±22 V. That 44 V maximum covers 24 V industrial rails with margin, 12 V automotive battery lines, and ±15 V analog supplies common in test equipment. The 3.5 mA quiescent supply current per amplifier is modest for the slew rate on offer — a reasonable trade-off in power-constrained but speed-sensitive designs. Output can source or sink 50 mA, enough to drive moderate loads or a second-stage input directly.

It is ROHS3 compliant.
