JFET dual op-amp for signal conditioning
The TLE2062ACDR is a dual JFET-input operational amplifier from Texas Instruments, delivering 2 MHz gain bandwidth and 3.4 V/µs slew rate. Each channel draws 625 µA supply current, supporting power-constrained designs such as battery-backed instrumentation or multi-channel data acquisition systems.
Temperature grade and supply span
Rated for commercial temperature range 0°C to 70°C and a supply span from 7 V to 36 V. The 36 V maximum allows operation on common ±15 V or single 24 V rails, but the 0°C lower limit excludes outdoor or under-hood environments without active thermal management. Output current capability is 80 mA per channel, enough to drive moderate loads like ADC inputs or small relays, but not intended for power-stage buffering.
Active production and package
ROHS3 compliant. Housed in an 8-SOIC package (0.154", 3.90 mm width) with surface-mount termination. The 1.27 mm pin pitch is layout-friendly for two-layer boards.
