Product details

635 kHz CMOS dual op-amp for low-power signal chains

The TLC27M2CD is a dual CMOS operational amplifier from the LinCMOS™ family, offering 635 kHz gain-bandwidth product and a 0.62 V/µs slew rate — enough bandwidth for audio, sensor conditioning, and low-frequency filter stages without the supply penalty of a bipolar op-amp. Each channel draws 285 µA typical supply current, making the pair suitable for multi-channel battery-powered or loop-powered designs where the per-circuit power budget is tight.

Input precision and output drive

Input bias current is 0.7 pA typical — the CMOS input stage preserves signal integrity in high-impedance sensor front-ends (photodiode transimpedance, pH probes, piezoelectric pickups) where bipolar input bias would introduce offset errors. Maximum input offset voltage is 1.1 mV, which sets the DC accuracy floor for the gain stage; for a gain of 100, the output offset is 110 mV before any nulling. Each output can source or sink 30 mA, enough to drive a reference input, a small relay coil, or a 2 kΩ load to within 300 mV of the rails.

Supply flexibility and temperature grade

Operates from a single supply span of 3 V to 16 V — a 3.3 V or 5 V rail works, and the same part can run from a 12 V industrial supply without a regulator change. Rated for 0 °C to 70 °C ambient (commercial temperature grade), so it fits indoor equipment, benchtop instruments, and telecom enclosures where the board stays above freezing.

Package and lifecycle

Supplied in an 8-pin SOIC package (8-SOIC, 3.90 mm body width), surface-mount for automated assembly. The supplier device package is 8-SOIC.
