LinCMOS™ dual op-amp for low-power signal conditioning
It delivers two independent op-amp channels in a single 8-SOIC package, each drawing 285 µA total supply current, making it a fit for battery-operated or power-sensitive designs like portable instrumentation, sensor front-ends, and active filters. The input bias current is typically 0.7 pA, which preserves accuracy when interfacing with high-impedance sources such as photodiodes or pH probes. The supply voltage range spans 3 V to 16 V, allowing operation from single lithium-ion cells or standard ±5 V rails.
The 285 µA total supply current for both channels keeps the power budget tight — useful in always-on sensing nodes where every microamp counts.
Lifecycle and sourcing posture
For volume commitments or long-term supply agreements, the active status and established LinCMOS™ series provide confidence in continued manufacture.
