The CMOS input stage delivers 0.7 pA input bias current, which preserves accuracy when interfacing with high-impedance sources such as photodiodes or pH probes. Supply range spans 4 V to 16 V, giving flexibility for single-supply or split-supply rails in battery-powered or line-powered designs.
Housed in an 8-SOIC (0.154" body width, 3.90 mm pitch), the TLC271AIDR shares the standard SOIC-8 footprint common to many single op-amps — a direct drop-in for many existing layouts.
