LinCMOS op amp in 8-SOIC
The TLC271ACDR is a single-channel general-purpose operational amplifier from Texas Instruments' LinCMOS series, housed in an 8-SOIC package. It delivers a gain-bandwidth product of 2.2 MHz and a slew rate of 5.3 V/µs — fast enough for audio-band filtering and moderate-speed signal conditioning without the power penalty of a bipolar stage. Supply current is 950 µA typical, and the input bias current is 0.7 pA, making it suitable for high-impedance sensor front-ends where the op-amp's own draw must not load the source. Operating temperature range is 0°C to 70°C, which covers commercial and most indoor industrial environments but not extended automotive or military thermal profiles.
