AEC-Q100 quad op-amp for 5 V and 12 V automotive rails
The supply span from 4.4 V to 16 V covers the common automotive battery rail without an extra regulator, and the 4.4 V minimum keeps the amplifier operational through cold-crank dips. The CMOS input stage draws only 1 pA of input bias current, which suits high-impedance sensors such as pressure or temperature transducers in engine management or cabin HVAC modules.
The 4.4 V to 16 V supply span means the same part can be used on a 5 V sensor rail and a 12 V actuator rail, reducing line-item count. Each of the four channels can source or sink 50 mA, enough to drive small relays or indicator LEDs directly in a body-control module.
