Dual CMOS op-amp for low-power signal chains
The TLC2262IDR is a dual CMOS operational amplifier from TI's LinCMOS™ series, delivering rail-to-rail output swing on a 4.4 V to 16 V supply span. Gain bandwidth is 730 kHz with a 0.55 V/µs slew rate, drawing 425 µA per channel — a combination that suits battery-powered sensor conditioning where bandwidth above a few hundred kHz is not needed. The 1 pA input bias current and 300 µV input offset voltage keep the error budget tight for high-impedance sources like photodiodes or pH probes.
Package, supply, and temperature grade
Housed in an 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90 mm width) surface-mount package with a -40°C to 125°C operating range, the TLC2262IDR fits industrial and automotive-adjacent environments without a temperature grade gap. Supply span from 4.4 V to 16 V covers common 5 V and 12 V rails; the 50 mA output drive per channel can directly bias a small relay or LED indicator. Available in Tape & Reel (TR) and Cut Tape (CT) — the reel option supports automated pick-and-place for volume assembly.
