What this dual op-amp does on your board
It delivers rail-to-rail output swing, draws just 80 µA total supply current for both channels, and fits in an 8-pin SOIC package.
The 210 kHz gain-bandwidth product sets the usable closed-loop bandwidth: at a gain of 10 you get roughly 21 kHz of small-signal bandwidth. That is plenty for thermocouple conditioning, strain-gauge amplifiers, or audio line-level paths, but it will not support high-speed ADC drivers or switching regulators. The 80 µA total supply current (both channels) is the real differentiator — in a two-stage sensor interface running from a coin cell, this op-amp adds negligible drain. Input bias current is 1 pA, so you can use high-value feedback resistors without offset drift from bias current.
