Package and mounting
With a 19 V/µs slew rate, the TLC071IDGN can swing a 10 V step in about 530 ns — fast enough for many audio-frequency and control-loop applications without excessive distortion. The 10 MHz gain-bandwidth product means you can close a gain of 10 and still have 1 MHz of small-signal bandwidth. Input bias current is 1.5 pA typical, so high-impedance sources like photodiode or pH probe outputs won't see significant loading. The 390 µV input offset voltage (max) is adequate for general-purpose signal chains; if sub-100 µV offset is required, a precision amplifier family would be a better fit.
Supply range, output drive, and thermal handling
The TLC071IDGN operates from a single supply as low as 4.5 V and up to 16 V, covering common 5 V and 12 V rails.
It is ROHS3 compliant.
