2.495 V adjustable shunt reference at ±2.2%
Its minimum output voltage is 2.495 V, adjustable up to 36 V with an external resistor divider. The ±2.2% tolerance on the reference voltage is a mid-grade bin — adequate for general-purpose power supply feedback loops and bias circuits where a tighter 1% grade is not required. Output current capability is 100 mA, with a minimum cathode current of 1 mA for regulation. This 100 mA ceiling covers most low-power shunt regulator and error-amplifier applications, but the designer should budget headroom above the load current plus the resistor divider current.
SOT-23-3 footprint, commercial temperature range
Packaged in a SOT-23-3 (TO-236-3 / SC-59 compatible) surface-mount case, the footprint is compact and widely second-sourced.
