Single comparator in a 5-pin SOT-23
The Texas Instruments TL331BIDBVR is a single general-purpose comparator with an open-collector output stage. It operates from a single or dual supply spanning 3 V to 36 V. The SOT-23-5 footprint fits tight PCB layouts.
430 µA quiescent — moderate, not micropower
Maximum quiescent current is 430 µA.
Open-collector output — wired-OR and level translation
The open-collector output can sink 18 mA at 5 V (typical). The pull-up voltage can be different from the comparator supply.
Input offset — 2.5 mV max at 36 V
Maximum input offset voltage is 2.5 mV at 36 V supply.
