JFET quad op-amp with AEC-Q100 grade
The Texas Instruments TL084CNS is a JFET-input quad operational amplifier in a 14-SOIC surface-mount package. It carries AEC-Q100 qualification and an automotive grade designation, making it suitable for ECU signal conditioning, sensor buffering, and active filter stages in passenger-vehicle electronics. Input bias current is 30 pA typical, input offset voltage 3 mV.
Temperature grade and supply rails
Despite the AEC-Q100 automotive qualification, the thermal envelope limits deployment to cabin or climate-controlled modules, not under-hood or engine-bay environments. Supply span is 10 V minimum to 30 V maximum, single or split rail. Each output channel can source or sink 10 mA. The JFET input stage keeps bias current at 30 pA, preserving signal integrity in high-impedance sensor interfaces.
