The TL074CDG4 is a quad JFET-input operational amplifier from Texas Instruments, built around the classic TL074 architecture. Each of the four channels draws 1.4 mA supply current, keeping the total quiescent draw under 6 mA — a practical fit for multi-channel boards where the power budget is tight.
Slew rate and bandwidth — the speed envelope
The 13 V/µs slew rate sets the large-signal bandwidth ceiling: for a 10 V peak-to-peak output swing, the full-power bandwidth is roughly 200 kHz. Below that, the 3 MHz GBW governs small-signal gain. If your filter or amplifier needs to swing rail-to-rail above 100 kHz, the slew rate is the limiter, not the GBW. Input bias current is 65 pA typical, a direct benefit of the JFET input stage. That keeps offset drift low in high-impedance circuits like photodiode transimpedance amplifiers or sample-and-hold buffers.
