Six-channel video buffer with 100 V/µs slew rate
The Texas Instruments THS7364IPW is a six-channel video buffer amplifier in a 20-TSSOP package. Its 100 V/µs slew rate and 9.5 MHz -3 dB bandwidth make it suitable for driving standard-definition video signals and some high-definition resolutions, where preserving signal edge integrity across multiple channels is needed. The rail-to-rail output stage allows the buffer to swing close to the supply rails, maximizing headroom in low-voltage designs.
Each of the six channels can deliver 90 mA of output current, enough to drive a standard 75 Ω video load or multiple parallel inputs. Total supply current is 24.5 mA typical, which is moderate for a six-channel buffer and keeps the thermal budget manageable in the 20-TSSOP package.
This is a key consideration for BOM planning — no last-time-buy risk for new designs. The part is ROHS3 compliant.
