What is the THS4567IRUNR?
It delivers a 500V/µs slew rate and a 220 MHz gain-bandwidth product, with a -3dB bandwidth of 43 MHz, making it suitable for applications like radar receiver chains, communications infrastructure, and test equipment that need to preserve signal integrity at high frequencies.
A 500V/µs slew rate means this amplifier can track a full-scale 2 Vpp signal at frequencies well above 10 MHz without the slew-induced distortion that limits slower amplifiers. For a 5 V supply swing, the full-power bandwidth is roughly 16 MHz before the output starts slewing. If you are driving a 12-bit or 14-bit ADC sampling at 50 MSPS or higher, this part keeps the harmonic distortion low enough to not degrade the converter's SFDR.
Package and footprint for the rework bench
The THS4567IRUNR comes in a 10-WQFN package measuring 2 mm × 2 mm. That is a small thermal pad QFN — no leads to inspect visually, so X-ray or a continuity check on the board is the way to confirm the joint. The part is surface mount only, no socket option. On the rework bench, pre-bake at 125°C for 8 hours if the moisture barrier bag has been open longer than the floor life; the small pad wets quickly with a hot-air nozzle at 300°C.
Temperature range and environment
The 200 µV input offset voltage and 20 pA input bias current hold across the temperature range, so the DC accuracy does not drift off when the equipment heats up.
