High-speed voltage feedback amp for signal conditioning
Its 970 V/µs slew rate and 325 MHz -3 dB bandwidth suit it for driving ADCs, video distribution, and high-speed data acquisition where settling time and linearity matter. The 220 mA output per channel can drive capacitive loads or multiple terminated lines without external buffers.
A 970 V/µs slew rate means this amp can swing a 5 V step in about 5 ns, which keeps large-signal distortion low in pulse or video applications. The 350 MHz gain-bandwidth product supports closed-loop gains up to maybe 10 before the -3 dB point drops below 35 MHz.
Package and field-fit
Surface-mount only — no socket option, so a field swap means hot air or a reflow station. Marking is on top, but the small DFN package can be tricky to read under magnification; orientation is pin 1 chamfer. ESD handling is standard MSL 3 — bake if the moisture barrier bag has been open past floor life.
