The THS4051IDGN: Its 240 V/µs slew rate and 70 MHz -3 dB bandwidth suit it for driving video lines, ADC inputs, or high-speed data converters where settling time matters. The 9 V to 32 V supply span lets it run from common ±5 V, ±12 V, or ±15 V rails, and the 8.5 mA quiescent current keeps the thermal budget manageable in industrial temperature environments (-40°C to 85°C). Output current capability of 100 mA per channel means it can drive a 50 Ω or 75 Ω cable directly without an extra buffer stage.
Package and thermal — the exposed pad matters
That pad is the primary heat path — if you plan to pull the full 100 mA output into a low-impedance load at high ambient temperatures, stitch the pad to a ground-plane copper pour with multiple vias. Without that, junction temperature climbs fast above 85°C ambient.
Still, keep an eye on TI PCNs — the active status can change, and the independent channel is the fallback if it does.
