8 Mbps CAN FD transceiver for automotive networks
The device integrates a single driver and receiver, with receiver hysteresis of 140 mV for noise immunity on the bus. Supply voltage spans 4.5V to 5.5V on the VIO pin and 4.5V to 40V on the VBAT pin, allowing direct connection to a 12V or 24V battery system or a regulated 5V rail.
Housed in a 14-pin SOT-23 Thin variant (SOT-23-14), the TCAN1043ADYYRQ1 is a surface-mount device with a compact footprint suited for space-constrained ECU layouts. The supplier device package is 14-SOT-23-THIN. The thin profile helps with low-profile board stacking.
