8-bit I²C GPIO expander with POR and interrupt
It provides eight push-pull output or input pins, a power-on reset (POR) feature that initializes the outputs to a known state, and a dedicated interrupt output that signals the host when an input changes. The 400 kHz I²C clock is standard for this class of expander and matches most MCU I²C peripherals.
The POR feature means the outputs come up in a defined state after power-on, which avoids glitches on connected loads during startup.
