Product details

6 ns propagation delay at 5 V, 15 pF

The SN74S260N is a dual 5-input NOR gate from Texas Instruments' 74S Schottky TTL family.

TTL input thresholds and output drive

Input logic levels are standard TTL: low at 0.8 V max, high at 2 V min. The output can sink 20 mA or source 1 mA, so it drives one or two standard TTL loads without a buffer.

14-pin DIP, through-hole mounting

Housed in a 14-pin DIP (0.300" row spacing, 7.62 mm body width) with through-hole leads. The supplier device package is 14-PDIP. This is a breadboard- and perfboard-friendly footprint; no special reflow profile needed — hand-solder or wave-solder at standard SnPb or lead-free temperatures.

Frequently asked questions

What is the propagation delay of SN74S260N?

Maximum propagation delay is 6 ns at 5 V supply with a 15 pF load.
