16-bit bus transceiver in the 74LVTH family
The SN74LVTH16245ADGVR is a 16-bit non-inverting transceiver from the 74LVTH series, organized as two 8-bit elements with independent direction and output-enable controls. The 3-state outputs let multiple bus drivers share the same trace — the output-enable pin pulls the outputs into high-impedance, so a microcontroller can hand the bus off to a DMA controller or a second processor without contention.

The TVSOP variant is thinner than the regular TSSOP, which matters when the board stack-up has a tight clearance above the component side.
