Buffer, non-inverting, 3-state — 32 mA source, 64 mA sink
The Texas Instruments SN74LVTH16244ADGGR is a 4-element, 4-bit-per-element buffer with non-inverting logic and 3-state outputs, part of the 74LVTH series. Each output can source 32 mA and sink 64 mA, enough to drive a heavily loaded bus or a bank of LED indicators without an external transistor stage. The 3-state control lets multiple devices share a common data line without contention.
The wide temperature grade means the timing specs hold across the full range — no derating needed for a hot enclosure or a cold start.
48-TFSOP / 48-TSSOP — footprint and procurement
Supplied in a 48-TFSOP package (6.10 mm body width) and also listed with a 48-TSSOP supplier device package — the two are footprint-compatible for this part. The tape-and-reel option (Cut Tape also available) is the standard for automated pick-and-place.
