It is not qualified to AEC-Q100, so it does not belong in an under-hood automotive ECU or a 125°C engine bay module. For those, look at the 74LVC2G17QDCKRQ1 which carries AEC-Q100 and extends to 125°C, though it is a single-gate buffer, not an 8-bit transceiver.
The 24 mA high/low drive is the standard strength for the 74LVCZ family — enough to switch the bus capacitance of a typical 8-bit data path at 50–100 MHz without signal degradation. If your design needs to drive a 50 Ω terminated backplane or a high-fanout clock distribution, the 32 mA output of the 74LVTH16245 gives you more headroom, though that part is a 16-bit dual-element device in a different package (48-TSSOP). For a simple 8-bit peripheral bus or a memory-mapped I/O port, the 24 mA level is sufficient and keeps the edge rate controlled enough to minimise EMI.
