The Texas Instruments SN74LVC828APWT is a 10-bit inverting buffer with 3-state outputs from the 74LVC logic family.
The wide supply tolerance means it can ride through a 3.3 V rail that droops to 2.7 V during a brownout and still hold the bus state.

Housed in a 24-TSSOP with 0.65 mm pitch, the footprint is small enough for dense layouts but still hand-solderable with a fine tip and magnification. On a field repair, you can swap it with hot air or a soldering iron if the board has enough clearance — just pre-tin the pads and work one side at a time.
