Wide supply range — one part for 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V buses
The TI SN74LVC652APW is an 8-bit non-inverting transceiver with 3-state outputs from the 74LVC family. Its supply range of 1.65V to 3.6V means a single BOM line covers 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V logic domains without a separate level translator — useful when a board has mixed-voltage peripherals or is being ported across a voltage node. Symmetric 24 mA source and sink drive on each output gives clean edge rates on short PCB traces and keeps the bus timing predictable without external termination resistors.
Industrial temperature and 24-TSSOP footprint
The 24-TSSOP body (4.40 mm width) is a common footprint shared across many 74LVC and 74LVTH octal transceivers, so a board layout can often accommodate an alternate if supply tightens.
The 74LVC series is a mature, widely second-sourced logic family, which helps when dual-sourcing for supply resilience.
