3.6ns propagation delay at 3.3V, 50pF
Maximum propagation delay is 3.6ns at 3.3V with a 50pF load — this sets the data-path timing ceiling. In a 100 MHz bus, the gate adds less than one clock period of delay, so it fits in critical timing paths without forcing a slower clock. The input logic thresholds scale with supply: low-level threshold is 0.1V to 0.55V, high-level is 1.45V to 2.3V over the full 1.65V to 3.6V range. At 3.3V, a standard 3.3V CMOS output drives the input cleanly; at 1.8V, the low threshold stays below 0.55V, so the gate still recognizes a 0.4V ground-referenced low. Quiescent current is 1µA maximum — the gate draws negligible supply current when the outputs are static, which matters for battery-powered or always-on logic where every microamp counts.

Operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C, covering industrial and extended-temperature environments.
